Shifting
Baselines - Lenticular and Hologram Client Services
We
were recently approached by Randy Olson who is a film maker and Marine
Biologist at the University of Southern California. Randy has
started an organization called Shifting Baselines which brings attention
to the declining state of our oceans.
He wanted to use lenticular technology to show an image of the ocean
floor in 1960 (teaming with fish) and what is looks like now (lifeless).
We produced an image that they have used as a table tent card, a postcard
and even a 4 foot high display that you can see at the Birch Aquarium
at Scripps in San Diego.
Through lenticular printing they have shared a message that can be
understood instantly in a way that could never have been done with
traditional printing. Back
